We are happy to Help and resolve any issues you may have. If you bought a product, from us and have decided that, it doesn’t feel right. We have a list of non-warranties below, please don’t hesitate to call us and we will try and resolve the problem with you.

Where did you buy it?

If you have an issue with a product purchased from another retailer other than ourselves then we would ask that you contact them with any problems you have although we deal directly with HUUB, ORCA and 2XU and can support you, your first contact should be where you purchased it from.


Things can go wrong. It’s not something we like to happen, See the above procedure for returning items.

Our HUUB wetsuits have a 1-year warranty which will be extended to 18 months should you choose to register this with us within 1 month of purchase. Our 2XU wetsuits have a 1-year warranty from purchase date and our ORCA wetsuits have a 1-year warranty. The warranty runs from the original date of receipt only and is not extended should an item be replaced.

Accessories, Goggles and clothing etc carry different warranties so please check your guarantee for all areas.


There are some things that occur that are not covered by HUUB, ORCA and 2XU warranties,

So with this in mind please can you check what they cover on their website we will have warranty information relating to these companies if you need our help please ask, If the items have been purchased from ourselves then we will deal with warranty issues for you but kindly ask you to have a little empathy for what they don’t regard as warranty on their wetsuits, equipment and clothing. If it needs sorting, they will work closely with us to resolve the issues.

Exchanges (if applicable)

For items received back within 30 days after delivery or purchase, we will replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or somehow arrive or purchased damaged. After the 30 day period, we will repair items with manufacturing defects or offer a replacement if beyond repair. If it is not a manufacturing defect we will offer a solution to you.

Depending on available stock and where you live, the time it may take for your exchange or replacement product to reach you may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds can only be offered for items received back within 30 days after purchase and or delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (No rubber tears)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will action your return request.

If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 working days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted so if there are any issues we will contact you to discuss these.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, cost of postage on free shipping items is also non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
